Welcome to Limitless UAV Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our aerial photography, videography, mapping, and inspection services. By engaging our services, signing a proposal, or accessing our deliverables, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Limitless UAV Solutions provides professional-grade UAV services with a strict commitment to safety and FAA compliance. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued engagement following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Professional aerial solutions backed by FAA Part 107 certification.
All flight operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots, ensuring complete legal compliance for commercial use.
We handle all necessary LAANC authorizations and FAA waivers required for operations in controlled airspace or restricted zones.
Every mission is backed by comprehensive liability insurance, protecting our clients from financial risks during aerial operations.
Our mapping services utilize high-precision GPS and photogrammetry techniques for accurate construction site documentation.
Strict pre-flight checklists and on-site risk assessments are performed for every project to ensure zero-incident operations.
We stay current with all evolving FAA regulations, protecting our clients from the legal liabilities of unlicensed drone use.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that Limitless UAV Solutions has legal access to the property where operations will occur. This includes obtaining necessary permissions from property owners, tenants, or local authorities. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by lack of authorized site access.
While we handle FAA-level authorizations, clients must disclose any local ordinances or private property restrictions that may impact flight operations. The client agrees to indemnify Limitless UAV Solutions against claims arising from undisclosed local restrictions.
Limitless UAV Solutions maintains high-limit liability insurance. However, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Limitless UAV Solutions retains copyright over all raw imagery and data. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for their specified business purposes upon full payment.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure project scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final assets. For recurring commercial construction clients, net-30 billing terms may be established upon credit approval.
Standard turnaround for photography and videography is 48-72 hours. Mapping and complex data processing typically require 3-5 business days. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee, subject to current project volume.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. In the event of weather-related cancellations (as determined by the pilot-in-command for safety), rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost.
